My experience with Forrest Marine & RV has been an amazing one.
My family recently upgraded from our 1988 Citation camper to a 2007 Aerolite.
I first came across their web site and found a camper I liked but was skeptical about making the two hour drive to the dealership. After my wife had spoken with Julie on the phone she was confident that this was the place to go and convinced me to make the trip.
Since that day I have been so pleased and impressed with everyone there. They took the time to go through the camper with my family and I and answered every little question that I had as well as showed me how to use everything.
This '07 was quite a bit more high tech over my '88 as you can imagine.
Fast forward to three weeks later and I take it out on its maiden voyage, by this time I had already forgotten half of everything that I was told about the operation of it. A phone call later and everything was explained to me again and done at my pace, I wasn't rushed and didn't feel like I was being an inconvenience to anyone.
That was a great feeling.
On that same trip our power converter died on us. I called the shop and spoke with Bruce ( the owner ) and he assured me that they would order a new one and that it would be replaced as soon as we could get the camper to them. He also gave me a couple good suggestions on how to temporarily get our lights back until the converter was fixed.
As soon as our trip was over we brought our camper back for the repair and it was done within an hour or so, we were even given some gas money for our trip down.
I am still shocked that Bruce did that for us, I have never encountered customer service like this before in my life.
Forrest Marine & RV has made my family feel very comfortable and welcome as customers and we will continue to do business with this wonderful family owned establishment.

Excellent sales experience

Purchased our 3rd Forest River product, this one being our first from Dylan's RV Center. Excellent sales experience with Mark Major and the staff at Dylan's. Mark provided us with a complete walk-thru, and explanation of the operations of our new Berkshire 34B. No rushing, felt comfortable leaving the dealership with the new unit for a two hour drive home. Great customer service!

We live in Keizer OR and we called on this coach as soon as we seen it on their website, my husband spoke to Jessica and wanted to make sure someone did not sell this coach out from under us and what can we do to make sure that doesn’t happen. Jessica assured him that he has the coach no one is going to take it from us , we had to mail them a check for a deposit but they held it until they received our deposit, she came and picked us up at our Motel the next day and took us to the dealership what a great experience and great customer service. Once we got there and seen the coach then proceeded to the finance Gal her name was Rachel she was awesome, funny and a great personality. She also loaned her Mercedes to us so we can run to the store and get a few things before heading out to Keizer OR , we honestly can’t think of a better place to buy a coach from. One of The Best

Having been a camper all my life, from tent to Class A, I can say, with fidelity, that Dylan's RV Center is one of the best dealerships I have encountered in the last half century. Just purchased -- my sixth (6th) class A..
Salesman Mark Major was the kind of guy everyone would like to have as a sales rep. He had an easygoing non-dominating, no "bull-feathers" approach to introducing us to the RVs that were available for our consideration. He knowledgeably explained the myriad features on the vehicle in which we were most interested and professionally performed the orientation session on the day of delivery. If he didn't know something, he simply asked for on-the-spot assistance from other members of the Dylan's team to avoid any transfer of misinformation. It is now over a month since I first made Mark's acquaintance and he is still answering, or finding answers to, little issues we are having with our "new"coach.

Manager David Pancrazio and I came to closure and shook hands on the money matters in less than 10 minutes. This transaction timing was a tribute to the fact that David is able to ascertain the character of his potential customer and adjust/respond accordingly. I was impressed with his sincerity and honesty and pleasing sense of humor.
And, then there was Rachel Bromley, aka the Finance Lady. It was a pleasure to deal with someone (in the world of forms on top of forms on top of more forms with equal amounts of signatures) who explained each form and reason for signatures in brief common terms. She knew her role well and graciously completed all of the follow-up work necessary to bring "the deal" to fruition.

1st Class Program

Never having owned an RV of any kind, we visited Dylan's in Jan '20, left w/an executed Agreement of Sale, and took delivery of our new Kountry Star in April. We revisited in June w/minor punch list items and to address minor loose ends that were a result of COVID/production related issues. Our experience w/Dylan's has been outstanding! Mark in sales, Jeff in service, Rachel in accounting, and Steve being the owner have all made us feel welcomed, been most accommodating, and been eager to make sure we are pleased w/both their product and their level of service.....and we have! Mark Major has been especially patient w/our questions and eager to make sure we have been comfortable w/the buying process and ownership experience.

fair and accommodating

I am a fairly demanding, but fair person. I am also a bit OCD. With that being said, my experience with Dylan's was exactly as advertised (and researched) throughout my shopping, negotiating, and purchasing experience. The fact that we are/were dealing with COVID-19 during this whole process made this all the more pleasantly surprising. -- Dave has been fair and accommodating to all my concerns and requested add-ons, and he has been very responsive to my text messages at all hours of the day. He is my go-to guy for everything I need with regard to my motorhome. Rachel is an absolute whiz with financing and making the numbers and terms exactly what we wanted. She was also very easy to call and communicate with. Jeff is the man, simple as that. He, like myself, enjoys figuring out solutions to problems and making lives easier through innovation and technology. Great guy to talk to, and great guy overall. If you need an idea man, talk to Jeff. -- I did a ton of research over several years prior to purchasing my Class C Diesel motorhome, and I recommend each of you do the same. Almost as importantly, make sure you find a dealer with the reputation to match, because they will be the ones helping (or not if you choose a bad one) you to resolve all your issues. Five Star Dealership

# 1 - The people. Anthony and Mark were very knowledgeable about the RV’s I was looking at. Be it via phone, text or in person they sincerely wanted to help whether I was a definite sale or just seeking information. Rachel called to make sure she had the required documents so the paperwork was complete & ready when I arrived. The whole process was very organized and pleasant. The coach was detailed before I arrived and Dave was ready to complete all the paperwork after I did my walk through.

I have to mention they have a large inventory and their service facility is impressive.

Service department was honest and fairly priced

We took in our used RV for service of a problem we could not figure out. They took the time to figure it out and fix it for a fair price. We had no idea what was going on and they could have easily taken advantage of that (as has happened to us by other service shops in the past). We will only take our RV to Little Dealer Little Prices.
Side Note - I had the opportunity to meet the owner of the dealership years ago in my place of employment. He was the most down to earth, friendly person and I can see that he made that the culture of this business.
